1. References

Within these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“We,” “our,” “us,” and “the Company” refer to Cosmetic Couture Group Ltd.

“You” and “your” refer to the client, student, or any individual or entity to whom our services are provided.

2. Training Course Booking Procedure

2.1 Cosmetic Couture reserves the right to decline or refuse admission to any of its training courses at its discretion.

2.2 While Cosmetic Couture maintains a 97% pass rate, in the rare event that you do not achieve CPD certification, you may return for additional training at no extra cost.

2.3 Cosmetic Couture reserves the right to amend or cancel planned training courses, including changes to dates, locations, or course content.

2.4 Courses may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the original date.

2.5 Any changes under clause 2.3 will be communicated to you at least 48 hours in advance, and such rescheduling will not occur more than three (3) times.

2.6 Cosmetic Couture accepts no liability for any loss of earnings, expenses, or other costs incurred by you, regardless of the circumstances.

2.7 All pre-study and online theory, including any required examinations, must be completed prior to attending your course.

2.8 Cosmetic Couture reserves the right to change any named tutor at any time.

2.9 Prices may vary periodically to reflect discretionary discounts or special offers.

2.10 Once you begin your course via the L3-Matrix platform, you must complete your theory and progress to practical training within 12 months. Failure to do so will result in your portal being locked and your training forfeited.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment methods accepted:

Bank Transfer

Debit/Credit Card (Visa Debit or Mastercard; credit card payments may incur an additional fee)

Cash (with valid ID and proof of address)

3.2 Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your place. A confirmation email will be issued once payment is received.

3.3 Any payment made toward a discounted or discretionary offer is non-refundable, as the reduced rate applies to a specific course date or time.

4. Refunds, Course Cancellations, and Postponements

4.1 Refunds

Once these Terms & Conditions are signed, no refunds will be available.

4.2 Discounted Courses

All courses purchased at a discounted or discretionary rate are non-refundable.

4.3 Course Postponement

4.3.1 Requests to postpone a course must be made in writing at least 7 working days before the course start date.

4.3.2 Requests made within 7 working days may incur additional costs.

4.3.3 Requests made less than 48 hours before the course may result in forfeiture of the course without refund.

4.3.4 All written requests must be sent to:

4.3.5 Successful postponement requests are limited to a maximum of two (2) occasions.

4.3.6 Cosmetic Couture will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to offer an alternative course date or time.

5. Course Attendance

5.1 You will receive a confirmation call at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled training. If unanswered, one additional call will be made, followed by an email.

5.2 If no response is received, Cosmetic Couture will assume you are attending as scheduled.

5.3 Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your course date and must be supported by evidence, such as a doctor’s note. Approved cases will be eligible for one (1) rescheduled course date.

5.4 Failure to provide supporting evidence or to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in course cancellation without refund.

5.5 Failure to attend on the day of training will also result in course cancellation without refund.

6. Data Protection

By confirming your training course with Cosmetic Couture, you consent to the processing of your personal data as necessary to deliver training and manage your booking. You also agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. Models

Cosmetic Couture will make every reasonable effort to provide live models where appropriate. If a scheduled model cancels and your tutor determines that additional practice is required, Cosmetic Couture will endeavour to offer a return date to complete your practical training.

8. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@cosmetic-couture.co.uk

Complaints will be acknowledged and handled in accordance with our internal complaints policy.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to appeal under our complaints procedure, available upon request.

9. Conduct While on Cosmetic Couture Premises

9.1 Students who have not completed their online pre-study, theory, and exam will not be permitted to attend practical training. A short quiz may be conducted before practical sessions to assess readiness.

9.2 Students arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice may be refused entry.

9.3 Appropriate attire is required, including clinical clothing (scrubs or tunic) and suitable footwear. Hair must be tidy, and nails kept at a safe length.

9.4 All students must behave professionally toward staff, tutors, and models at all times.

You will be refused your training on the day at your own liability if you are not suitably dressed.

10. Disability and Reasonable Adjustment Policy

Cosmetic Couture is committed to providing fair access to training for all students.

Reasonable adjustments may include, but are not limited to:

Allowing additional time for responses or submissions;

Providing assistive equipment or support (e.g., a sign language interpreter);

Ensuring facilities are accessible where possible.

We will discuss requirements with you to determine reasonable adjustments based on individual circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmetic Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount of course fees actually received from you.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Cancellation Policy

•       Should you need to cancel your training, you must do it no less than 48hrs prior to your course date. A cancellation of any type will require you to provide evidence of the reason for non-attendance (i.e. a doctor’s note). If in order, your course will be postponed, and a new date offered. This option is available to all students only once.

•       Should you be unable to provide any evidence to support your non-attendance or cancel later than 48hrs prior to training, your course will be cancelled with no recourse for refund.

•       Failure to arrive on your day of training will also result in your course being cancelled with no recourse for a refund.

•       Cosmetic Couture may cancel courses within 48 hours of the course date, as per the signed terms &conditions. Alternative dates will be provided up to 3 times.

13. Regulated Qualifications

13.1 Assessment and Remarking

Students undertaking regulated qualifications are permitted to have assessment units remarked up to three (3) times without incurring any additional fee.

If the required assessment standards are not met after the third marking attempt, the student will be required to retake the unit.

The fee to retake a unit is £200 per unit, which must be paid in full prior to the reassessment being scheduled.

 13.2 Qualification Completion Timeframes

All Regulated qualifications delivered by Cosmetic Couture Group Limited must be completed within a specified completion period from the date of enrolment.

Students are responsible for ensuring that all coursework, assessments, case studies, and practical requirements are completed within the allocated timeframe.

13.3 Course Extension Fees

If a student fails to complete their qualification within the allocated completion period, they will be required to pay a course extension fee of £250 per calendar month in order to maintain access to:

* Learning materials 

* Tutor support 

* Assessment submissions 

* Student learning portals 

The extension fee will be charged on the 1st day of each calendar month until the qualification has been completed.

 13.4 Qualification Completion Periods

The following qualifications must be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of enrolment:

* Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation

* Level 4 Laser, Light and Energy Based Procedures

* Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

* Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

* Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

Failure to complete the qualification within the required timeframe will result in the extension fees outlined in Clause 13.3 being applied.

14. Payment Plans

Payment Plans must be made via standing order or direct debit.

Payment Plan instalments will be charged on the 1st day of each calendar month until the payment is settled

14.1 Failure to make payment on the scheduled date may result in:

* Suspension of access to course materials 

* Suspension of assessment submissions 

* Suspension of tutor support 

Failure to maintain payments may compromise the student’s ability to complete the qualification and receive certification.

YOUR PRACTICAL TRAINING

Once you have completed your pre-study and online zoom sessions, you will be allocated a practical training start date & be contacted by Student Support. No practical dates will be allocated until all theory work has been completed and marked.

Should your training be a practical course (no online theory), the first available training date will be offered to you.
