βGathering these documents is the first step to turning years of experience into a Level 4, 5, or 7 Diploma.
β1. Core Identification & Professional Standing
βValid Photo ID: (Passport or Driving License).
βCurrent Insurance Certificate: Proof of Medical Malpractice or Public Liability insurance that covers the treatments being claimed.
βProfessional Registrations: (If applicable) NMC, GMC, GDC, or GPhC registration details.
β2. Evidence of Previous Training
βOriginal Certificates: All previous CPD or vocational certificates (e.g., Foundation & Advanced Injectables, Skin Science, Laser Safety).
βCourse Syllabuses: If possible, any brochures or outlines from past courses to show the depth of the theory youβve already covered.
βFirst Aid / BLS: A valid, current certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Management of Anaphylaxis.
β3. Practical Clinical Evidence (The “Treatment Log”)
βThis is the most important part. You need to prove you are currently active in the Aesthetics industry.
βTreatment Logbook: A summary of treatments performed (redacted for GDPR). For Level 7, this often requires evidence of 40+ supervised or independent cases.
βRedacted Patient Consent Forms: Showing you follow proper consultation and ethical protocols.
βBefore & After Photos: High-quality, anonymized photos that demonstrate your clinical results and aesthetic eye.
β4. Supporting Professional Proof
βAn Up-to-Date CV: Highlighting your specific experience in aesthetics, including any leadership roles or clinic ownership.
βReference Letters: A testimonial from a clinical supervisor, mentor, or a peer who can verify your technical skills.
βReflective Account: A short written statement (we can help you with this) explaining how you keep your practice safe and how you manage complications.
