β€‹πŸ“ The RPL “Fast-Track” Document Checklist

Gathering these documents is the first step to turning years of experience into a Level 4, 5, or 7 Diploma.

1. Core Identification & Professional Standing

Valid Photo ID: (Passport or Driving License).
Current Insurance Certificate: Proof of Medical Malpractice or Public Liability insurance that covers the treatments being claimed.
Professional Registrations: (If applicable) NMC, GMC, GDC, or GPhC registration details.

2. Evidence of Previous Training

Original Certificates: All previous CPD or vocational certificates (e.g., Foundation & Advanced Injectables, Skin Science, Laser Safety).
Course Syllabuses: If possible, any brochures or outlines from past courses to show the depth of the theory you’ve already covered.
First Aid / BLS: A valid, current certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Management of Anaphylaxis.

3. Practical Clinical Evidence (The “Treatment Log”)

This is the most important part. You need to prove you are currently active in the Aesthetics industry.
Treatment Logbook: A summary of treatments performed (redacted for GDPR). For Level 7, this often requires evidence of 40+ supervised or independent cases.
Redacted Patient Consent Forms: Showing you follow proper consultation and ethical protocols.
Before & After Photos: High-quality, anonymized photos that demonstrate your clinical results and aesthetic eye.

4. Supporting Professional Proof

An Up-to-Date CV: Highlighting your specific experience in aesthetics, including any leadership roles or clinic ownership.
Reference Letters: A testimonial from a clinical supervisor, mentor, or a peer who can verify your technical skills.
Reflective Account: A short written statement (we can help you with this) explaining how you keep your practice safe and how you manage complications.
